Ed Templeton #16.

Two weeks of Toy.

Ed started Toy Machine at the end of 1993. He had been riding for Television previously. Toy Machine was initially distributed by Brad Dorfman at Vision. Ed took things over to Tod Swank at Tum Yeto in roughly the middle of 1994 and has been there ever since. The original team included former Televison riders Ethan Fowler, Jerry Fowler, and Jahmal Williams. Joe Nemeth, Panama Dan, John McGrath, and Pete Lehman were some of the others during the early days of the company.

Thomas Campbell took the photos.

I was just watching the Powwow at Powell contest from 1992 on youtube, and marveling at how skinny Ed used to be. It sucks he broke his leg so badly. Even he said he might not be able to skate like he used to after he heals up.

Must be all the vegan treats.

It's a bummer because Ed was getting a bunch of photos prior to the accident. He was landing some good tricks, too. I think he will be 41 this year and given the severity of his injury, he probably won't be the same. It's a shame.
