Since its going to be 17 C tomorrow (62F) with dry streets for the first time in a long time, I'd like to say a big "'eff you!" to the clown who caused a 4 car fender bender leaving me with bruised ribs that sure as hell don't want to have anything to do with skating.
As for the Enjoi "hip to be square deck", I'm not too sure what sales they'll get. Creature as the link pointed out has something like it, AWS did a blank kit a while back (just before the re-structuring)and now I'm sure Welcome/Tired/Black Label and others can get you a shaped deck without the hassle of chopping yourself. I know its marketing, but I'm not too sure dealers will order it.
Maybe they were just goofin' on the whole shaped board trend? I thought Zack Wallin had the best response in the video.
Yeah, those Vitas are horrid. One of their ads had all the shoes, no skating, and the designs were bad. Like trying too hard at technical shoes.
I slammed really hard on an ollie going fast on flatground. Leaned too far forward and got wheel bite. I was sort of having a good day up until that point.
