I guess if your company is from England than a Beatles spoof is a natural thing to do. Flip started out under the name of Death Box. It was founded by Ian Deacon and Jeremy Fox. They changed the name in 1993 and took the team to the USA, where this fabulous four promptly demolished all our spots. It was probably payback for that whole Revolutionary War thing.
