What is the most popular tuck nowadays? It's Indy? Followed by Thunder. I'm just thinking of the 92/93 era when everyone rode Venture once they came out with the Featherlight design hanger. And for years every new truck design was a Venture knockoff: from Gullwing little G's, to Tracker, to Tensor.
As an aside, have you known anyone who wasn't a kid who rode any of the wack trucks? Like Webb, Kreper, Titan, Monster, Fury, Mercury, Crail, or Pheonix (yes that was the correct spelling).
Indy has to be #1 by a mile. Thunder is probably up there. I imagine Venture still has a good following. I know people ride Royal and Krux. I'm a little curious about Ace. I saw somebody with Destructos the other week.
Mercury - At least two friends tried them out back then. They said they turned weird.
Titan - Those were super light and kind of odd. I did see a few people ride them.
I recall one or two folks riding Unit Trucks.
For the rest, I don't recall anybody riding them. I don't think I've ever seen some of those in a shop, let alone on a board in the wild.
