Invisible Man.

Brian was pro for Invisible. I think he might be from San Francisco. I could not find much of anything about him. He was in the first Spitfire video from 1993. Brian has also ridden for War Effort and Union Wheels. There's a possibility he works or has worked in the industry after Invisible came to an end.

Based on the drawing style, I'm guessing the same artist did the graphics for Invisible and Sixteen. I'm not sure on their name.
