Sage is from LA, but moved to Long Island for school at the age of 12. He was one of the riders Jason Dill and Anthony Van Engelen picked out for Fucking Awesome from the group that would hang out at Supreme. Their Cherry video brought the new kids to the attention of the skateboard world in 2014 and the rest is history. In addition to having the pop to get up on high ledges and ollie over street signs, Sage is going to college to study painting. That was a cool bit of information to learn about him from his recent Thrasher interview.

Hard to believe Cherry was released four years ago now.
Work is super jamming for the next two weeks or so, which means the updates might get a bit shorter than I planned. Since I'm doing newer skaters, I wanted to add in some quotes and/or background info, but I'm not sure how the time will work out.
