Mike Crabtree #2.

Push it away
The world looks red
People with fish eyes
The ground sucks
Walk on my fingertips
Displacing the fog
The weight of my body
Is too much to bear
The memory drained
The life from the doll
An ocean of insects
Worked like a sheet
The immovable fact
Buried my mind
In a horsehair coat
In a pile on the floor

Thrasher - May 1998 Volume 18 Number 5

I was going for a Sonic Youth/Sonic Skateboards reference and that's the best I could come up.

This is the first post to ever use the center html tag for the body. It looked too weird left uncentered.

Sonic youth reference with out Ed Templeton? What's the world coming to

Ya mean you don't think of PRod and Sonic Youth automatically? LOL.

Work's been super busy so my creativity is at next to nothing. I was going to just leave it with the title, but then I read the lyrics and I liked "The ground sucks" line. It felt appropriate. For as often as I've listened to this song, I don't think I ever noticed that line. There's a few great clips of them playing this on YouTube where Lee kicks out some awesome solos.
