I had his Schmitt Stix Foam/wood model---that board was big as heck, but also super strong and light as can be! Was a great deck for halfpipes/ramps (not miniramps--too big), even though size-wise, it was pretty beastly. I miss that deck...sniff....
I was always pretty stoked on how burly Monty was as a skater, regardless of the fact that he was also deaf.

He had a good Hosoi skate ad for the Arrowhead graphic. I loved that deck and it's long slow tail.

So Monty ride for Schmitt? I was wondering who he was sponsored by before BBC.
Dude ripped. Invented b/s smiths too.
American Nomad is sponsoring Monty now and he is skating for their team! Check out his new board on their website!
