Julio rode for the New Deal and then Neighborhood. He had a thing for underflips. There's a rumor that he liked to talk a lot, but I can't vouch for the correctness of that.

I can confirm that rumor, Julio talks A LOT and most of what comes out of his mouth is pretty hilarious. Dude once said "I had Venture's once... I had to throw that board in the ocean." Amazing!
